Der Morgetshofsee ist ein Toteissee in der Gemeinde Thayngen im Kanton Schaffhausen, Schweiz. Der See ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und im Bundesinventar der Amphibienlaichgebiete von nationaler Bedeutung (IANB) verzeichnet. Diesen Status erhielt der See vor allem wegen seiner Amphibienvielfalt.
