Fish Calculator
Estimate missing values based on typical fish species, or calculate the condition factor directly from length and weight.
The condition factor (CF), also known as corpulence factor, Fulton's K or Fulton's condition factor, is an important measure in fisheries and aquaculture for assessing the physical condition of fish. It is calculated using Fulton's formula:
CF = (body weight [g] / body length [cm]³) × 100
A higher condition factor indicates a stronger, well-fed fish, while lower values point to slimmer fish.
