Der Barchetsse ist ein Toteissee in der Gemeinde Neunforn im Schweizer Kanton Thurgau. Er ist für seine schwimmenden Inseln bekannt. Seit 1991 ist der Barchetsee ein Naturreservat des Kantons Thurgau.
