Der Buchsee ist ein natürlicher See im Landkreis Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen zwischen den Orten Münsing und Höhenrain gelegen. Der Buchsee ist ein mooriger Toteissee ohne nennenswerte Zu- oder Abflüsse. Der Uferbereich des Sees besteht größtenteils aus einem Schilfgürtel.
