Der Sieben-Meter-Teich ist ein etwa 60.000 Quadratmeter großer Baggersee im Stadtteil Döhren der niedersächsischen Landeshauptstadt Hannover. Er entstand durch Kiesabbau in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Dem folgte, wie auch bei den angrenzenden Kiesteichen, die Umwandlung der mit Wasser vollgelaufenen Kiesgruben in eine naturnahe Erholungslandschaft. Seinen Namen bekam er, weil er angeblich genau sieben Meter tief ist, was jedoch nicht stimmt. Seine maximale Tiefe liegt nur bei 5,5 Metern.
