Der Phoenix-See ist ein künstlich angelegter, etwa 24 Hektar großer See auf dem ehemaligen Stahlwerksareal Phoenix-Ost im Dortmunder Stadtteil Hörde. Er wurde und wird als Vorzeigeprojekt für den Strukturwandel der Stadt Dortmund und des Ruhrgebiets diskutiert. Der Phoenix-See bildet mit dem umliegenden Areal ein Wohn- und Naherholungsgebiet mit Gastronomie und Gewerbebebauung. Zusammen mit dem rund zwei Kilometer westlich liegenden und 115 Hektar großen Technologiepark Phoenix-West und dem nördlich gelegenen 60 Hektar großen Phoenix-Park hat der See das ehemals von Schwerindustrie geprägte Bild Hördes verändert.
