Die Laming, auch Lamingbach, ist ein rechtsufriger Zufluss der Mürz im österreichischen Bundesland Steiermark. Der Fluss entwässert den westlichen Teil der Hochschwabgruppe und der Mürztaler Alpen durch das Lamingtal. Im Oberlauf entwässert er auch die Umgebung des touristisch bekannten Grünen Sees.
